Professional Background:

Guaranteed professional service backed by 35+ years of industry experience. My early years were spent in corporate real estate directing office space planning, property management, and commercial leasing activities for a major U.S. corporation. Since 1985, I have worked as a MD. licensed REALTOR involved in planning, land assembly, new home building, and marketing and sales of many Carroll County real estate projects, including development of a residential/ golf community (Oakmont Green in Hampstead), and an age restricted community (Manchester Manor Retirement Community in Manchester). My industry activities are varied and I would like to share those experiences to help you with just about any type real estate project you are contemplating, including sales of new or resale residential properties. Currently, the residential real estate market is among the most challenging within the industry today and my experience could mean the difference between a long unsuccessful marketing period or a properly priced, well positioned market product resulting in a settled sale!

Personal/ Educational Background: I am the father of four children and six grandchildren, have served in the U.S. Army Reserves, and have owned a Carroll County farm in the tri-city areas of Westminster/Hampstead/Manchester since 1973. Community activities besides charitable, include Cub Scout leadership and coaching youth football in the North Carroll area. Formal education experiences include:
